We are fundraising to bring a Gynnie Stretcher, a 3D Transvaginal Ultrasound Probe, and a Sara Stedy Active lift to Cobequid’s Diagnostic imaging Department. With over 100,241* procedures performed annually, these tools will significantly enhance the quality of care and benefit the health of our community.

These enhancements will not only improve medical outcomes but also enhance the patient experience by increasing comfort and safety. Your contribution will directly support the growth of our Diagnostic Imaging (X-ray) Department, allowing us to invest in advanced medical equipment and improve patient flow. These enhancements will help reduce wait times and ensure better care for everyone who relies on Cobequid.

Proudly Accredited - Imagine Canada Standards

We are excited to announce that the Cobequid Health Centre Foundation has been reaccredited through Imagine Canada #Standards in five key areas. This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to strong governance and transparency.
This accreditation follows a rigorous review by an independent group of peer reviewers and public good sector representatives, confirming that we meet defined sector standards.

Thank you, Donors!

We’re excited to share that, thanks to the generosity of our community, the Endoscopy Suite at the Cobequid Health Centre has received a new Argon Plasma Coagulator (APC)!
This important upgrade will help make endoscopic procedures safer, more precise, and more comfortable for our patients.
Thank you to everyone who contributed. Your support truly makes a difference.
